The ideal candidate is a self starter with a minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in the satellite antenna or RFIC or RF components businesses. Integrity and customer satisfaction is more important than the close, but closing happens. The preferred candidate has also worked in an entrepreneurial environment and knows how to build exponential revenue growth from scratch. A deep rolodex is important, but creating recurring sales processes is critical. Skilled Proposal writer is preferred.
Sr. RF Antenna Design Engineer
Linear Signal is currently seeking a proven RF Antenna Design Engineer with in-depth experience in electromagnetic analysis and simulation, antenna design, RF circuits, microwave systems engineering (1-30 GHz), and board layout using a software package such as Advanced Design System (ADS, Agilent, Inc.). Experience with DC power supplies also needed. Embedded systems engineer: experience with algorithm implementation on embedded processor or FPGA, some digital signal processing experience desirable. Housing and thermal management: experience with mechanical CAD drawings, prototyping, thermal analysis, heat sinking, robust and reliable external interface DC and RF connectors, dustproof, waterproof, and weatherproof case design, long-term reliability engineering and testing in rapid temperature cycling environments.
